Course of Study Quality Assurance (RAQ) Manager.

The RAQ:

• collaborates with the course chairperson and the Department Director in planning improvement actions and monitors their implementation;
• monitors the proper conduct of teaching activities and support services;
• informs the course chairperson of any problems concerning the proper conduct of teaching activities, including on the basis of reports from students and female students.

Students and students can contact the RAQ to report problems inherent in educational-organizational aspects, using the appropriate form.
