Parma, 20 August 2026 – The University of Parma has published the call for applications for student collaboration activities for the 2026-2027 academic year. Online applications may be submitted through the University portal from 13 January to 16 March 2027 (12:00 noon).
The University of Parma offers students enrolled full-time in a degree programme during the 2026-2027 academic year, and who meet the eligibility requirements specified in the call, the opportunity to undertake paid part-time work for up to 100 hours per year. Positions are available within University services, administrative offices, ER.GO (the Regional Agency for the Right to Higher Education), and other institutions affiliated with the University.
To be eligible to apply, students must satisfy the income, academic merit, and enrollment seniority requirements set out in the call. In addition, applicants must have previously completed the application for the calculation of student fees for the 2026-2027 academic year on the ER.GO website (www.er-go.it), in the "Apply Online" section, by 4 November 2026 at 5:00 PM.
Applications for part-time collaborations must be submitted exclusively online between 13 January 2027 and 16 March 2027 (12:00 noon) through Esse3 – Online Student Services, in the section dedicated to the Student Collaboration Call (Student Administration → Student Collaborations).
To apply, students must have a valid ISEE (Equivalent Economic Situation Indicator) for university financial aid purposes not exceeding €30,000, and an ISPE (Equivalent Property Situation Indicator) not exceeding €50,000.
