In April, two new seminars from the series Food Law: a constantly developing crosscutting subject, organized within the Master’s Degree Programme in Global Food Law: Sustainability Challenges and Innovation, will take place and are open to all interested participants.
On 16 April 2026, from 1:30 to 2:30 pm, the seminar “Law Has Borders. Practice Doesn’t.” will be held in Room H at the University’s main building. The seminar will be given by Attorney Shamila Nair, Founder and Head of the International & Cross-Border Legal Practice at the Peter Ong & Nair Law Firm. The session will be introduced by Prof. Valeria Paganizza.
On 30 April 2026, from 1:30 to 2:30 pm, the online seminar “Regulating Food Influencers in the EU: Current Landscape and Prospects” (access link available in the attached flyer) will be held by Prof. Francesco Montanari, agri-food lawyer, PhD in EU Law, and researcher and lecturer at Wageningen University & Research.The seminar will be introduced by Prof. Giulia Formici.
