Parma, April 23, 2026 – The special ERS 2025 call has been reopened for the allocation of housing units at the residence “MAS1 – Mix House” on Via Taro, intended for non-resident students, as part of policies supporting the right to education and access to housing.
Applications may be submitted until May 14, 2026, exclusively online, through the platform of ACER – Azienda Casa Emilia-Romagna Parma, accessible via SPID credentials (Public Digital Identity System).
The reopening of the call aims to strengthen housing opportunities for non-resident students, promoting sustainable access to housing while at the same time fostering a community model based on solidarity and inclusion.
Eligibility for housing is subject to having an ISEE between €9,360 and €40,000 and an ISPE not exceeding €62,000, both valid at the time of application.
The MAS1 Residence offers dedicated housing solutions for students within an intergenerational solidarity housing context. Assigned students are required to participate in volunteering activities for three hours per week, for ten months per year, aimed at supporting daily life and promoting social relationships within the residence.
