The University reminds students that Tuesday, November 18, 2025, is the deadline to pay the second installment, which amounts to 50% of the total personalized university contribution.
The second and third installments of tuition fees, if the total amount is equal to or greater than €600, may be split, upon the student’s request, into two equal payments. The request must be submitted online by November 15, 2025, by accessing your reserved area on Esse3 – Online Student Services, and then clicking on the menu SEGRETERIA > PAGAMENTI. The request is unique and applies to both the second and third installments; subsequent requests for only the third installment will not be possible.
Here are the deadlines in case of installment payments:
- Second installment: November 18, 2025, and December 16, 2025
- Third installment: April 30, 2026, and May 29, 2026
To print the PagoPA payment slip, you must access your reserved area on Esse3 – Online Student Services and click on the menu item SEGRETERIA > PAGAMENTI. Payment of the slip can only be made through the PagoPA electronic payment system (IUV), which allows electronic payments by freely choosing the “Payment Service Provider” (PSP), the tools, and the technological channel to make the payment.
Any payment made after the indicated deadlines will not result in an additional contribution but will lead to the immediate suspension of your academic career until the situation is regularized.
Students enrolled in the 2024–2025 academic year who intend to graduate by the extraordinary session of 2024–2025 do not have to pay contributions for the 2025–2026 academic year. Those who have already paid may request a refund of the personalized university contribution after obtaining their degree by accessing this link.
Any refund of the regional tax (granted only in specific cases) must be requested from ER.GO.
All detailed information on fees, contributions, and benefits is available on the University website on the dedicated page, where you can also find a simulator for an approximate calculation of your contribution, and in the Study Manifesto.
