The Professional Training Course in Labour Law aims to provide participants with the tools to gain an understanding of and explore in depth some of the key issues relating to labour law and social security law, through the analysis and interpretation of legislative texts and the most recent case law, covering both substantive and constitutional matters.
The course is aimed at graduates and non-graduates who wish to specialise in labour law, and in particular trade unionists, personnel managers, human resources and industrial relations professionals, and civil servants.
Attendance at individual classes is permitted for lawyers and labour consultants interested in receiving ECTS credits for continuing professional development. Access to individual classes and/or seminars on the course for lawyers and employment consultants is subject to the completion of the relevant inscription form, which will be sent by email by the course tutor prior to the class taking place. Payment for the classes and/or seminars will be requested at the end of the course based on the final record of verified attendance, and subject to completion of the relevant form.
