Within the framework of the Master’s Degree Programme in Global Food Law: Sustainability Challenges and Innovation, a Summer School entitled “Corporate & Food Law: a Global Perspective” has been organized in collaboration with Widener University – Delaware Law School.
The Summer School addresses food law and corporate law from a comparative and international perspective, with a focus on sustainability, market regulation, and the global challenges of the agri-food supply chain. It represents an important opportunity to engage with different teaching methods and to build academic and professional relationships with American students interested in the same topics.
The Summer School will be held partly in person at the University of Parma (from May 18 to 22, 2026) and partly online (May 27, 28, and 29, and June 3 and 5, 2026).
The initiative will involve the joint participation of faculty members and students from the University of Parma and Delaware Law School.
The detailed programme, including the schedule, faculty, and course content, is attached.
